How to get started with the MailerSend Google Cloud integration
Step 1: Create a project
Select an existing Google Cloud project or create a new one from the Google Cloud Dashboard.
Step 2: Sign up for MailerSend
Sign up for the MailerSend service from Google Cloud Marketplace.
Step 3: Add a sending domain
Add and verify a sending domain in MailerSend. To do this:
a) Go to the Domains page and click Add domain. Enter your domain name and click Add domain again.
b) In the pop-up, click Continue to add your domain automatically, or close the pop-up to view the DNS records and add your domain manually.
c) When you’ve added them, select the option ‘I have added DNS records’ and click Verify domain. For more information, view the domain verification guide.
Step 4: Add an SMTP user
To add an SMTP user:
a) Go to the Domains page, and click Manage for your domain.
b) In the SMTP section, click Generate new user. Enter a name and click Save user.
c) Your SMTP credentials will be generated. Click Save user again. You can view your SMTP credentials by clicking Manage. For more information, view the SMTP relay guide.
Step 5: SMTP settings
Make sure you have the following SMTP specific settings configured correctly:
a) Configure firewall rules to allow TCP traffic on port 587 or 2525
b) Host: smtp.mailersend.net
Step 6: Configure MailerSend
